Refund Policy

Wondering if you should really buy from us?

We believe that the customer is the center around whom our business revolves and hence we take necessary steps to keep him/her thoroughly satisfied. All the same we do not deny the possibility of a loss or damage of an item while in transit. If the purchase is found to be unsatisfactory in any respect, please go to the link Return and intiate for the refund.

For outright Cancellation

If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will refund your amount in the form of gift voucher with deduction of 5%.

If the cancellation is made after the product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:

  1. If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them about your intention.
  2. If you have received the product and want to return it, we offer you a Return Policy. However, it only lasts within 30 days after you have received the shipment. You may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs and handling charges of 5%of the product value) in the form of gift voucher.

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Laptops

  1. If you notice any physical damage to the laptop or any of its accessories, please Contact Customer Care within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  2. If you happen to notice any defects in the product, kindly contact the nearest authorized service center accredited by the manufacturer. If you cannot find the nearest authorized service center, please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.
  3. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.
  4. Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs and handling charges of 5% the product value). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped with the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.
  5. If you encounter problems more than a week after receipt of the item, we will not be in a position to accept any returns. You will have to contact the nearest service center to have the issue resolved.

Note: All Laptops are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Customer Care, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Mobiles

  1. Our Mobile phone Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation Policy has a timeline of 3 days from the date of delivery. If you happen to notice any defects in this period, kindly go to the nearest authorized service center dead-on-arrival (DOA) certificate. You need to carry the phone along with the supplied in-box accessories and invoice in the same cell phone box that we provided. Once you have got the DOA issued, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement for you. In exceptional cases, the manufacturer may choose not to issue the DOA and resolve the problem by repairing your phone etc. In such cases, we will have to abide by the manufacturer's policy. If you cannot find the nearest service center get a DOA, please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.
  2. In cases where you have asked us to get a DOA issued and have a replacement shipped, we will not be in a position to cancel the order or issue a refund after the replacement have been procured.
  3. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.
  4. Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs and handling charges of 5% the product value). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped wherein the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Gaming Consoles

  1. If you notice any physical damage to the Console or any of the included accessories, please Contact Customer Care within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. If you happen to notice any defects in the product (like boot failure, etc.), kindly contact the nearest authorized service center accredited by the manufacturer of your Console.
    If you cannot find the nearest service center please contact us at the earliest and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.
  3. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.
  4. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs and handling charges of 5% the product value). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped wherein the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.
  5. If you encounter problems more than a week after receipt of the item, we will not be in a position to accept any returns.

  1. If you notice any physical damage to the Camera or any of the included accessories, please Contact Customer Care within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. If you happen to notice any defects in the product, kindly contact the nearest authorized service center accredited by the manufacturer of your Camera.

Refund Policy

How long will it take to process my refund request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund in the form of gift voucher. You will be notified of the same.

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction it is not possible and our gift voucher is valid for 30 business days and you can use it for the purchase of any other products in PintHall.com website or it can be transferable to your beloved ones to redeem.
